2、 Main contents of bidding project and requirements for bidding qualification

(1) The main contents of this bidding project are as follows:

Domestic logistics business: highway trunk transportation from Shishan town, Foshan, Guangdong Province to all parts of the country

(2) Qualification requirements:

1. Joint bidding of two or more suppliers is not accepted in this bidding.

2. Provide loading and unloading services and bear the losses caused in transportation.

3. The transportation supplier shall be a professional logistics enterprise with more than five years' logistics operation experience and relevant qualification certificates for highway transportation operation (such as the latest company profile, the latest qualification information, road transportation business license, self owned vehicle information and at least 3 drivers' information).

4. The number of owned vehicles in the name of the transport / trailer business operator shall not be less than 5 (copies of vehicle license shall be provided).

5. Provide all-weather service (no holidays), have smooth information communication channels, have the ability to resist transportation risks and transport quality assurance, and ensure the normal transportation of transportation vehicles in all major festivals / transportation peak seasons.

6. A deposit of RMB: two hundred thousand yuan (cash or check) shall be paid when bidding. If the bid is not accepted, the security deposit will be returned within 15 days; the deposit of the successful enterprise will be directly converted into the transportation risk deposit.

7. Agree to settle the fees on a monthly basis and accept cash, check, telegraphic transfer and other settlement methods.

8. The registered capital of domestic logistics bidding shall not be less than 1 million yuan.

9. For domestic logistics business, the carrier shall provide the timber needed for loading and the materials required for the bottom of the carriage. See the annex for details.

(3) Time of pre qualification:

The bidder shall submit the bidding data before December 3, 2019 according to the "qualification requirements".

3、 Instructions to bidders

1. Tender cost

The bidder shall bear all the expenses incurred by itself in connection with the bid, including the preparation, submission and other related expenses.

2. Tender requirements

The bidder must carefully read all contents of this bidding document before bidding. The omission of data, information and data caused by the bidder's failure to comply with this requirement shall be at his own risk and bear the consequences that may lead to the abandonment of its bid.

3. Composition of tender

(1) The bidding personnel shall have the power of attorney issued by the unit (with the signature of the legal person and the official seal of your company), and copies of the ID cards of the client and the trustee.

(2) Company profile, intention (which project to bid for), detailed description of your company's relevant qualifications (number of vehicles, enterprise reputation, list of typical users), ability to resist transportation risk and transport quality assurance, and fill in the complete questionnaire on basic information of logistics company (see Annex).

(3) Data: required certificates and licenses for items 3-4 of the qualification requirements.

(4) Quotation list: the quotation shall be as detailed as possible according to the quotation form of our company (see the attachment).

4. Form of tender

(1) The bidding documents shall be bound into volumes and sealed according to the sequence of contents and composition of the bidding documents, and the sealing part shall be sealed with the official seal of the bidder.

(2) There shall be no erasure or alteration marks in the tender document. If it is necessary to correct errors and omissions, the bidder's signer shall sign the correction.

(3) The bid inviting party will not accept sealed bids such as telex or telegram.

5. Tender deadline

The deadline for bidding is 15:00 p.m. on December 3, 2019 (the deadline for our company to receive the bid). Any bid delivered after the deadline will be treated as abandoned bid.

6. Bid opening and evaluation

Bid opening shall be conducted within 3 days after the deadline for bidding. At that time, we will form a bidding team to review whether the tender is complete and conduct preliminary examination based on it. All non-conforming bids will be treated as abandoned ones. On the day of bid opening, the bidding team will conduct a comprehensive evaluation on the enterprise status, credibility, transportation safety and timeliness, transportation network scope, price conditions, etc. for enterprises meeting the requirements, our company will notify by telephone and arrange a time to come to our company's bidding site to participate in formal negotiation. After negotiation, a formal contract will be signed.
